The work extends beyond the website into customer records, bookings, POS, inventory, attendance, commissions, payroll workflows and management reporting. A guarded natural-language assistant supports read-only questions over operational data. Role checks, financial invariants, restore testing and client feedback shape the implementation.

AuditVault

A vessel and project document platform with scoped access and a tracked audit lifecycle.

The implementation connects vessel and client records, five audit types, an eight-stage project lifecycle, object storage, report sharing and audit events. Per-vessel permissions control which client users can see each document. This is workflow and document software; AI analysis is not part of its first version.

MarinePulse

Structured inspection checklists, explainable scoring and report generation for maritime teams.

A full-stack inspection prototype translates domain feedback into vessel records, inspection requests, a 121-item template, deficiency handling, scoring and generated reports. An assistant can use operational tools to help navigate the workflow.

An application-preparation workspace that turns supplied facts into reviewable documents and organised next steps.

The work combines structured profile information, discovery and ranking, a document-generation pipeline, PDF export, versions, reusable answers and resumable job state. Local-first and browser-companion implementations support user review and source-fact preservation.

A structured publishing pipeline that checks sources, duplicates and article quality before release.

The implementation combines structured model outputs, citation checks, duplicate detection, a separate editorial-review stage, bounded retries and idempotency. SEO, pagination and accessible web presentation connect the content pipeline to the public site.
